Weight Watcher’s has been the base of my diet for almost a year now. When I first started with it, I was getting some decent results. But it seems to have really slowed down. I’m very dedicated to my diet and have faithfully followed all the rules, but it just seems like I hit one of those plateaus you hear about or something. When I seen raspberry ketone on Dr. Oz, I was interested but skeptical.
However, just two weeks into taking it I had lost six pounds and hadn’t done anything different. Actually, I was on vacation during that time! With my WW routine, I stuck to the plan vigilantly and always exercised. What did that get me? That just barely maintained my current weight! Now I can slip up, miss some exercise, etc… and guess what? I’m even losing weight… not simply maintaining it.
The raspberry ketone capsules I bought are 500 mg. So since Dr. Oz had said that 200mg at breakfast was a good balance, I just open and put half into my breakfast smoothie. Sure it’s a bit strong, but that’s ok! It doesn’t taste bad. Maybe I’ll break down and buy some of those empty capsules you can buy to split ‘em but probably not haha.
